- Price: £80 per night Sun-Thurs; £90 per night Fri-Sat. Please ask about special rates for stays of a week or more.
- Payment: An initial deposit of £20 is required when booking; the balance by either cash or cheque with a cheque card (we do not currently accept credit or debit cards, sorry).
- Check in and check out: We are happy to be flexible but generally ask guests to check in around 5.00pm and to check out by 10.30am on the day of departure.
- Disabled access: Unfortunately the only way to enter our room is by the external stairs so there is no wheelchair access.
- Smoking: Our accommodation is non-smoking.
- Dogs: Apologies but we do not accept dogs.
- Cancellation policy: Please give 24 hours notice of a cancellation.
- Liability: We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury, illness or inconvenience to person or property arising out of or in respect of your booking at Woodpecker Cottage.
